RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Clarence items.

custom orders -  unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom made items. If you have ordered a custom length, size, neckline ect your  purchase is non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. our on line order confirmation is perfect.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund is processed and you will receive a store credit. in the form of a gift card. to your email address you provided in your original order.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a return item use a trackable service. we take no responsibility for returns lost in the post.
